Your data, your control.

What we collect

Tier 1 (anonymous): we receive the inputs you submit (revenue, book mix, retention, years in business, state) only when you click Calculate my valuation. Tier 1 calculations run in your browser; nothing is sent to our server unless you choose to share your email.

Email opt-in: if you ask to be notified when Tier 2 launches, we store your email and a snapshot of your Tier 1 result in a private database we control. We never sell or share this data.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate patterns (how many users start the form, which inputs are most common). We do not collect agency name, producer name, or any personally identifying information through analytics.

What we never do

• Sell or share your data with third parties.
• Solicit your agency for sale. MyAgencyValue is not a buyer, broker, or aggregator. We don't represent buyers or sellers.
• Email you anything other than what you opted into. One notification when Tier 2 ships, then nothing unless you ask.

Data deletion

Email hello@myagencyvalue.com to delete any record we hold about you. We'll confirm deletion within seven days.
